Who is Cubica for?
Contractors and trade businesses — painters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, flooring, roofing, and more — plus the homeowners who want to see the plan, approve the estimate, and follow the work.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. If you can trace a room on a floor plan, you can estimate the work. Cubica turns the drawing into the estimate — you never have to understand the workflow to complete it successfully.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Customers follow the project through share links and your branded portal — they can approve estimates and pay invoices without creating an account. An account is always an option, never a requirement.
How does pricing work?
Cubica prices from your catalog — the services you actually sell and the rates you set. The floor plan feeds the estimate, and a separate pricing engine does the math. Cubica never invents pricing on the estimate screen.
Is my data private to my company?
Yes. Every organization operates in its own isolated workspace. Your customers, projects, estimates, and invoices are visible only to your team and the customers you invite.
